Right to Return

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Effects of Return

If you return your order within the applicable return period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any delivery charges.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you received them.

All goods must be unused, undamaged, unworn, sealed where applicable, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of return and refund does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumers specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
once unsealed

• Unsealed products as Purlife dental kits and Bamboo toothbrush, some unsealed JTF
products and all liquid soap products.

• Perishable goods.

• Opened, used, damaged, missing packaging.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@puremalta.store  within 24 hours after delivery.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs where appropriate.
